1. Skilled worker<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Accepted a full-time, a permanent job (or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer (NOC 0, A, B);<\/li>\n
  • Qualified to perform the duties of the job;<\/li>\n
  • At least 2 years of directly related work experience;<\/li>\n
  • Show you can support yourself and your dependents;<\/li>\n
  • Have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada;<\/li>\n
  • Meet minimum language requirements (NOC skill level B);<\/li>\n
  • Meet B.C. wage rates for the occupation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Health Care Professional<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Have the support of, or a full-time, a permanent job (or one with no set end date )from a public health authority as a: physician, specialist, registered nurse, registered psychiatric nurse, nurse practitioner;<\/li>\n
    • Allied health professional such as a:diagnostic medical sonographer; clinical pharmacist; medical laboratory technologist; medical radiation technologist; occupational therapist; physiotherapist;<\/li>\n
    • If you are a midwife, have a letter of confirmation from an established practice group in B.C.;<\/li>\n
    • Qualify to work in your occupation in B.C.;<\/li>\n
    • At least 2 years of directly related work experience;<\/li>\n
    • Show you can support yourself and your dependents;<\/li>\n
    • Have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada;<\/li>\n
    • Meet minimum language requirements (NOC skill level B);<\/li>\n
    • Meet the B.C. wage rates for the occupation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. International Graduate\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Accepted a full-time, a permanent job, (or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer. (NOC 0, A, B);<\/li>\n
      • Qualify to work in your occupation in B.C.;<\/li>\n
      • Show you can support yourself and your dependents;<\/li>\n
      • Have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada;<\/li>\n
      • Completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible; post-secondary institution in Canada in the past 3 years;<\/li>\n
      • Meet minimum language requirements (NOC skill level B);<\/li>\n
      • Meet the B.C. wage rates for the occupation;\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. International Post-Graduate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Must have graduated in the last three years with a master’s or doctorate (PhD) degree in the natural, applied or health sciences:<\/p>\n

        • agriculture<\/li>\n
        • biological and biomedical sciences<\/li>\n
        • computer and information sciences and support services<\/li>\n
        • engineering<\/li>\n
        • engineering technology<\/li>\n
        • health professions and related clinical sciences<\/li>\n
        • mathematics and statistics<\/li>\n
        • natural resources conservation and research<\/li>\n
        • physical sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada; Completed a valid graduate program of study at an eligible post-secondary institution in B.C. in the last three years; Show your intent and ability to live in B.C.;<\/p>\n

          5.Entry-Level or Semi-Skilled Worker<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Accepted a full-time, a permanent job (or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer in a specific occupation in tourism\/hospitality, long-haul trucking, or the food processing industry. (NOC 0, A, B)<\/li>\n
          • Have been working full-time for your employer for a minimum of nine consecutive months before applying;<\/li>\n
          • Meet minimum language and education requirements;<\/li>\n
          • Qualify to do the job offered to you;<\/li>\n
          • Show you can support yourself and your dependents;<\/li>\n
          • Have legal immigration status in Canada;<\/li>\n
          • Meet the B.C. wage rates for the occupation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
