• Employers can apply to the Skilled Worker stream if the position falls in the NOC
• At least have a high school diploma
• At least have one year full-time related work experience
• Meet the language requirement for certain occupations
• If applying within Canada, must have valid work permit
• The applicant with study permit must proof have graduated to be able to apply
